Mike, Campbell's seat is all yours

Now that State Senator Bill Campbell has been elected to Congress on a platform of "I'm the Republican candidate" and nothing else, I am pleased to announce that I will actually write a check -- a campaign contribution -- for Mike Parham to run for the seat. Mike is an Irvine Unified Trustee and Governor Schwartzenegger's biggest fan in Irvine. Well, as a State Senator, Mike would be in a better position to serve the Governor's interests and we could get a new board member (yes, I'd settle for an appointee) who places the interests of Irvine's schoolchildren ahead of the Governor's. Mike, here's your chance to fix that broken system. Go for it....just tell me where to send the check.
