My friend Mark has a "way back" machine on his blog. I wil turn my wayback machine on to 1804, the last time a sitting VP shot someone.
My dad and brothers and uncles and cousins all hunt. I know that cooler ins't for game; it's for beer. My only time hunting was one of sheer terrori and I was on the lookout, not for game, but for drunk hunters.
Cheney has two DUIs.
He was booted from Yale for heaving drinking
He said he was drinking beer before the accident.
He didn't say how much.
The cops didn't talk to him until the next day.
Was he drunk?

It's pretty certain that Patrick Kennedy was drunk when he crashed his assault car in D.C.
Assault cars! You can buy an assault car?! If he was, he should have been charged. If he was addicted to Ambien, there are multiple documented cases of sleep driving. Don't assume that because I'm a lefty doesn't mean the law doesn't apply to everyone.
Assault car. That is a car that has no practical civilan use. The overpowered Mustang is prime example. No one but the police needs a car that goes faster than 65 mph.
It also has a criminally overpowered V-8 Engine! Driving it supports terrorists!
Hmmm...obviously that last poster is not a Libertarian.
Dan, you know that Patrick Kennedy wasn't charged because the officers on the scene of him smashing his Mustang into a wall were stopped from following standard procedure and administering a field soberity test.
Kennedys are still above the law it seems.
